Y5 Orinoco Assembly 

Year 5 Orinoco performed in assembly about Victorians and the working children an that era. They spoke about Queen Victoria's life, what it was like to be a Victorian child and working in dangerous conditions. They then shared letters they had written from the perspective of a Victorian child. 
Please note that you are not permitted to park on the double yellow lines or zig-zags outside any school. Kindly support us with this to ensure the safety of our children. The site team, senior leaders and traffic wardens may ask you to leave if you are contravening these regulations. 
Skype Call to Spain

Seine Class skyped with our Spanish partner school Escola Manuel Ortiz i Castell√≥ this week. They shared work on landmarks, environment and exchanged phrases in their languages.
Parent Open Mornings 
Parents were invited into their child's classrooms this week and got a chance to see their work. Children were very proud to talk about their learning and to share their best achievements from the year. Thank you to all parents who were able to join us - it has been a great success and the children really enjoyed the experience!

New Reception Meeting - Tuesday 27th June at 9am
We will be holding a meeting for all our new Reception parents joining us in September. This is a very important meeting to meet the Early Years Team, the Head Teacher, to buy uniform and sample school food.

Reading Race The reading race is a school competition that rewards the class that has read the most.
Congratulations Y3 Okavango who have read 100 times and Y5 Kerep who have read 92 times at home last week!
