Science challenge

Over the next few weeks, we will be taking part in a exciting STEM challenge along with 6 other schools in the borough. The challenge will be split into three different rounds, each with its own task. For each task children will be working in group and using science, technology, engineering and mathematical (STEM) skills. The first task will be to build a car out of Lego that will travel the furthest down a ramp. The next challenge will be a ‘Sink and Float’. The overall winner from each school will go to Gladesmore Community School to take part in the third and final challenge.
