Why choose
Welbourne?
1. Our Community
Our diverse community is our strength. We learn from each other and work closely together to give our children the best possible start to life. Parents and carers have the opportunity to have their voices heard and to fully engage in community events if they wish to do so.

Welbourne?
2. Our Academic Results
Children at Welbourne perform well and the percentage of children that leave Welbourne at expected levels of Reading, Writing and Maths has consistently been above national averages.
Our pupils also benefit from rigourous early reading support so that all children have the best possible chance to access our broad and balanced curriculum.

3. Our 0-11 Offer
Welbourne benefits from a Children’s Centre, which offers services for families with babies and toddlers. Additionally, our two year old nursery ensures toddlers get the best start in life and offers a smooth transition as they progress through the school.
Looking forward to celebrating 80 years since VE day with a lovely event outside. Fingers crossed the weather is good!

Good luck to all of our amazing runners taking part in the London Mini Marathon tomorrow! You will all be amazing 😀
An amazing couple of days at Welbourne! An incredible International Evening followed by an incredible lesson on Roman Britain from Hepworth class!
Finally, have a great break and we welcome Year 6 for Easter school on Monday.
It is great to be part of the Haringey Racial Equity Conference. So thought provoking and inspirational! Attached is a quote that we must agree on to ensure our expectations shatter ceilings for all.

It has been a huge week of music at Welbourne. On Tuesday our choir perform to a packed out Royal Albert Hall and today our violinists performed wonderfully to their parents and carers. Thank you @haringey_music

There have been lots of fun visits this week. Murakami class went to Hackney City Farm and enjoyed a workshop using sustainable resources from the animals around us.
