Our dedicated team of teachers and support staff work collaboratively to identify and address the unique requirements of each student, tailoring our approach to suit their learning style.
We believe in early intervention and employ a range of strategies to identify and support children with SEND. Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) works closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to develop personalised plans that cater to the specific needs of each child. Our goal is to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and can reach their full potential.
Parents are integral partners in our approach to supporting children with SEND. We encourage open communication and collaboration, holding regular meetings to discuss progress, set goals, and address any concerns. Our aim is to create a nurturing and empowering environment where all students feel confident, supported, and ready to embrace the opportunities for learning and growth that Welbourne provides.
